The Export Sales Administrator will build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee the end-to-end export process, including order processing, documentation, customs compliance, and shipping logistics. Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role will play a pivotal part in creating a more cohesive Operations function whilst simultaneously enhancing the ‘customer-experience’ externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales Order Processing function for export customers.
  • Represent the customer through the accurate exchange of information between sales and the operations functions.
  • Ensure that delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight and shipping partners to ensure that customer delivery commitments are met.

Experience Required:

  • Good level of general education.
  • Good communication skills, happy and able to speak with international contacts via email and phone.
  • Keen, proactive, responsive, and communicative.
  • Able to build good relationships with customers – reliable and personable.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Committed to delivering what we promise.

  • 8.30am – 5pm Mon – Thu
  • 8.30am – 3pm Fri
