RSW are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our Client’s team based in Bridgend Industrial Estate in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to materials handling, stock management, and shipping and receiving.
Duties:
- Utilise warehouse management systems to efficiently organise and track inventory
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders accurately and timely
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required
- Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely if licences are held
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to fulfil daily operational requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the role
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques
- Strong organisational skills to manage stock efficiently
