RSW are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment to drive lead generation and build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilise lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and expand the business network.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Leverage social media management skills to enhance the company's online presence and attract candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and relationship management with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport.
