My client has an immediate vacancy for an office administrator on a temporary to permanent basis subject to performance and attendance. Based on Brackla Industrial Estate, Bridgend.
The Role
Your role with us will be to undertake office administration tasks, support others within the team, and provide a reception service to visitors. You will report into the Operations Manager.
37 hours a week
Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Your Responsibilities
- To provide a front of house service, greeting customers & suppliers.
- To answer internal and external telephone calls and transfer where necessary.
- General administration duties – including filing, monitoring & responding to emails, scanning & photocopying etc.
- To input quotes & process orders using project management software.
- Arrange deliveries with approved couriers.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous admin & customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good organisation skills.
- Good communication skills, with a confident phone manner.
- Team player.
- Positive attitude and can-do approach.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Experience of office administration is essential as is attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and strong record keeping skills.
Wage: Up to £12.50 - £13 per hour depending on experience.
