We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our Clients team based in Porth.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various drainage projects.
This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist with operating high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear drains, sewers, and culverts
- Support vacuum operations to remove waste, debris, and liquids from drainage systems
- Prepare and set up worksite, including traffic management and safety signage
- Inspect and maintain jet vac equipment before and after use
- Assist in locating and diagnosing blockages or drainage issues
- Manually remove debris and waste when necessary
- Follow health and safety procedures, including confined space entry protocols
- Complete job sheets, inspection reports, or other documentation
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
- Load and unload tools and materials from vehicles
- Wear appropriate PPE and ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with site clean-up after job completion
- Work in all weather conditions and adhere to schedules
- Support CCTV drainage survey crews as required
- Report any equipment faults or hazards immediately
- Mon – Thurs 7:15am to approx 4pm
