Business Admin Apprentice - Business Development
RSW are looking to recruit a Business Admin Apprentice to work in their Business Development Team.
Our client is a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge who are offering a 2 year apprenticeship with excellent training and progression opportunities available.
Main Purpose of Role
To continuously learn and develop as required in order to achieve the relevant formal qualifications and complete of an internal training plan.

- Completion of a modern apprenticeship, to include a relevant diploma in Business Administration
- Completion of Company apprenticeship training plan
- Successful project outcomes
- Satisfied internal and external customer
- Achievement of targets and goals set throughout the 4 year period
Responsibilities
- Complete a Business Administration diploma via work based assessments
- Complete a programme of training within every department in the Company.
- Ensure full understanding of the department in which you are placed. This should include procedures, goals and KPI’s as well as the role of each individual within the department.
- Carry out such tasks and duties as directed by the departmental Manager.
- Achieve such projects as directed by the departmental Manager.
- Aid with continuous improvement within the business, making suggestions and communicating personal opinions.
- Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Person Specification
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrates a keen interest in Engineering and a strong desire to learn.
- Knowledge and Experience
- IT literate and able to use Microsoft packages to a basic level.
- Working Hours
- Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 1pm
- £25500 for year 1 (rising during year 2 upon successful completion of year 1)
- Plus DIS 6x salary, cashplan healthcare and pension
