Overview

RSW are seeking dedicated Semi /Skilled Labourersto join an already established team in the Pyle area.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role is vital to the smooth operation of our projects and contributes directly to their timely and high-quality completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare job sites by setting up tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Perform general labour duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
  • Safely and efficiently operate basic tools and machinery.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to the overall success of each project.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Promptly report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or hazards to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a labour-intensive or construction-related role is mandatory
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
  • Skills in Carpentry or a natural flair for assembly is desirable
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be familiar with and able to use basic hand tools confidently and safely.
