Recruitment Solutions in Exeter are working with an established business seeking experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join them on the Domestic Cleaning team. As a Cleaning Supervisor your job role will incorporate the following tasks:
- Carrying out inspections of homes for potential new clients.
- Starting new clients and quality checking their first clean, following up with clients for feedback.
- Training new members of staff and assisting with their development.
- Ensure staff are carrying out their work in a professional manner.
- Attend Client meetings.
- Carry out random quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Supervising large one off/spring cleans.
- Covering staff absences and assisting on cleans where required.
This position is working Monday to Friday, 09:15 to 15:45. The hourly rate is £14.50 p/h. Based in Exeter. Due to the nature of the role it is expected that you will have your own transport and you must either possess or be able to get a DBS.
