The Job

The roles and responsibilities of the Deputy Store Manager include:

• Supporting the Store Manager with sales performance monitoring
• Assist the Store Manager with recruitment and holiday planning
• Communicating financial targets and updates to the team
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and legal obligations
• Coach and developing the team members to build new skills
• Managing stock and processing deliveries efficiently

The Person

To be considered for the Deputy Store Manager position you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

• Retail Management experience (essential)
• A positive, can do attitude
• Ability to adapt to changes and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support colleagues in growth and training
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Benefits
