Looking for a role where you can learn, develop and build a career with a supportive team?

We’re looking for a motivated Production Associate to join an established manufacturing business based in rural Tonbridge. Whether you’re starting out, looking for your first step into manufacturing or simply ready for a fresh opportunity, this is a role where your attitude and potential matter more than your previous experience.

You’ll receive full training from day one, ongoing support and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills as you grow with the business. And with a 7:30am start and early finish, you’ll have more of your day back.

The Opportunity

As a Production Associate, you’ll play an important hands-on role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure products are made safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You’ll work as part of a friendly production team and get involved in a variety of tasks, from preparing materials and operating machinery to packing finished products. It’s a role that rewards reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn — with genuine opportunities to take on new skills and progress within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Hand-packing and labelling finished products
  • Working to quality, production and safety standards
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised

  • Working closely with the wider production team to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Is reliable, hardworking and keen to learn
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Can follow instructions and processes carefully
  • Is comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
  • Can commit to a 7:30am start
  • Has your own transport due to the rural location
  • Has the legal right to work in the UK

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to learn new skills and build a career.

  • Competitive salary
  • Full on-site training — no previous manufacturing experience required
  • Ongoing learning and development
  • Two paid breaks per shift
  • Company pension
  • Free on-site parking
  • A friendly, supportive and family-oriented working environment
