Duties
- People management β allocating workload, monitoring objectives, providing an escalation point for clients and the team, recruitment, training, development and strategy.
- Receiving and agreeing briefs from sales team and directly with clients; setting milestones, budgets, deliverables and deadlines.
- Resource planning and allocation; briefing and managing internal teams and subcontractors for sites.
- Using project documents to calculate materials, labour and resource requirements.
- Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients.
- Organising completion of site documents such as RAMS, surveyor reports, etc.
- Issuing and allocating Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Project sign off.
- Setting up project management systems, software and processes.
