This would suit someone with 2+ years of experience in a client facing sales role such as account management, client service, direct sales or similar looking for a next step!

We are recruiting for an innovative employer based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells who are on the lookout for a motivated Relationship Manager to play a core part in their collaborative team.

If you have experience working with commercial relationships, driving growth and delivering success, ideally within a B2B environment, this is the role for you!

Working within a motivated, collaborative team, you will take ownership of global portfolio of established clients in order to contribute to customer retention, growth and long-term success!

  • Be the key point of contact for clients to drive product usage, engagement and understanding
  • Work hard to understand clients' positioning, workflows, objectives and challenges, and use these in leverage to ensure retention
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales, upselling or account growth
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Maintain accurate and useful CRM records
  • Support clients through product changes, launches and improvements
  • What we are looking for…
  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships (ideally within the technology, subscription or solution-based industry)
  • Track record of contributing to account growth or retention
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
