Brand new permanent vacancy – available on a full or part time basis! Rare chance to join an established and successful agency, as part of a busy sales team. Open to experience level, this position comes with personalised training, and a chance to be involved with all areas of property sales processes from enquiry to post-completion.
Day-to-day, this will include:
- Receiving new enquiries by phone, email and in-person;
- Registering applicants and establishing wants & needs;
- Preparing, producing and publishing property marketing collateral including writing descriptions, organising photography, floorplans and more;
- Booking and managing viewings appointments;
- Providing advice and guidance to vendors and buyers;
- Negotiating offers;
- Completing checks, progressing sales between external parties;
- Providing ad hoc business support.

Mon-Fri w/ 1 in 2 Saturdays (day off in lieu or overtime payment) £25-28k base + profit share scheme - £30-32k. Free parking in T Wells. Great holiday + pension provision.
