Day-to-day, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and management of a busy event portfolio, including duties such as:
- Market Research – collating feedback surveys, competitor analysis and event research to identify potential gaps and areas of demand for new events
- Planning – creating clear briefs, developing timeline and budget plans alongside Manager
- Client Liaison – phone, email and in-person meetings with clients to present ideas and manage budgets
- Assisting Sales and Marketing team with their strategies to ensure successful events
- Supplier Liaison – briefing and overseeing suppliers such as Venues; Risk Assessments; H&S; Build; On-the-Day staffing
- Budget Administration – using MS Excel, raising POs and invoices
- Regular progress tracking and updates
- Post-event administration such as feedback surveys and follow-ups
