Day-to-day, you will be responsible for assisting the smooth and efficient running of company accounting processes. Duties might include:
- Posting sale and purchase transactions
- Calculating, processing and allocating invoices
- Processing payments using BACS and CHAPS
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Expenses administration
- Handling accounts queries from internal teams and externally from customers and suppliers
- Producing reports both ad hoc and at month end
- Modern office working environment, with parking & easy transport links
Starting salary - £26,000 pa
Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs
Applicants must be based within 30 minute commute to Tunbridge Wells, and should have transferrable skills such as using Microsoft Excel (basic level+ essential), numeracy, attention to detail, time management and communication. Any experience considered!
