Installation Technician
We are currently recruiting for a practical, reliable and customer-focused Installation Technician to join our client on a temporary 4-month assignment, based at their site near Tonbridge.
The role will involve providing technical advice and practical support to customers during the installation of the company’s products.
You will also be required to travel to customer sites across England where necessary to assist with installations, resolve issues and provide guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and support to customers experiencing installation issues or errors.
- Assist with the installation of products at customer locations.
- Travel to customer sites across England as required.
- Work closely with customers to ensure installations are completed successfully.
- Identify and resolve practical installation problems.
- Provide a professional and helpful service when representing the company at customer sites.
