You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new and re-developments of major works projects for commercial/recreational sector sites, with duties including:

  • Project planning: timeline and resource planning; design development; specification; budgeting;
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout projects (Architects, subcontractors);
  • Costing and estimations - budget management, tracking and reporting;
  • Documentation - H&S, specifications, contract administration, CDM, progress tracking;
  • Site visits;
  • Reporting to Directors.

£56,500 + car allowance East Grinstead - hybrid working + Employee Benefits.
