- Leadership including running daily and weekly team meetings, conducting one-to-ones, training, coaching and performance reviews.
- CRM, Systems and Process managing the CRM system, identifying and rolling out process improvements throughout the sales function.
- Workflow management allocating loads, assisting to drive sales processes forwards liaising with other functions.
- Creating Sales Reports and Documents such as strategy reviews, client account reviews, KPI reports and profitability tracking.
- Developing Sales Collateral such as proposals, presentations and sales documents.
- Working with Directors on team strategy and improvement.
