Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to a Partner in the Family Law department.
  • Assist solicitors with case preparation and management.
  • Create legal bundles.
  • Type correspondence and documents.
  • Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
  • Perform audio typing and word processing via digital dictation.
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and document presentation.
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Cover reception duties during staff absences.
  • Open, scan, and distribute post.
  • Support other team members as required.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a legal secretary, preferably within Family Law.
