HGV Class 1 Driver in Didcot

Location: Didcot
Hours: Full Time, Day shifts.
Pay: £18.46 per hour + Overtime (1.5x) & Night Premium (1.25x)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experiencedHGV Class 1 Driverto join an industry & market leading business, from the Regional Head Office in Didcot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
• Assist in loading & unloading of goods
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage and any incidents or delays
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, delivery protocols and customer service

Candidate Expectations:

• Valid & in date CPC
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Physically fit and able, as there is manual work involved in loading / unloading

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

• Week 1: Monday – Friday
• Week 2: Monday – Saturday (+ 1 day off midweek)
• £18.46 per hour (up to 45 hours)
• £27.69 per hour (after 45 hours)
• Working hours – Day shifts.
• 1 hour break (paid)
