HGV Class 1 Driver

Role : HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Exeter
Hours: Full Time, Day shifts, 4am start.
Pay: £18.46 per hour + Overtime (1.5x) & Night Premium

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experiencedHGV Class 1 Driverto join an industry & market leading business, from their regional depot in Exeter

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
• Assist in loading & unloading of goods
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage and any incidents or delays
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, delivery protocols and customer service

Candidate Expectations:

• Valid & in date CPC
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Physically fit and able, as there is manual work involved in loading / unloading

Working Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday – Friday
• Week 2: Monday – Saturday (+ 1 day off midweek)
• Working hours – Day shifts, 4am start.
• 1 hour break (paid)
