Recruitment Solutions are partnering with our Client to recruit a Demand Planner on a temp to perm basis. Our Client is an International Group looking for a Demand Planner in the Supply Chain Department. The role reports to the Demand Planning Manager and involves leading relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams including Account Management, Commercial, and Operational.
As a temporary role, payment is on a weekly basis at approximately £15 per hour plus holiday pay. Upon a permanent offer, the annual salary will be approximately £35,000 – £37,000 and will include a competitive benefits package:
- Annual salary review and appraisal
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Skills and Experience Needed to Be Considered:
- Experience as a Demand Planner (ideally across FMCG – not essential)
- Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forecasting experience
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
