We’re pleased to be working with one of our Bury based clients on a HR Advisor vacancy for their HR function. This role will work alongside the HR Director and Recruitment Manager to maintain safe and appropriate levels of staffing across the company. Responsible for collecting and analysing data to monitor, assess and improve systems in place to enhance the workings of the HR department and the company.
HR Advisor – Duties:
- Assist with recruitment admin during annual leave
- Assist with recruitment prior to and following interviews
- Assist in checking staff car licences
- Posting job adverts on indeed and other recruitment sites
- Sending out application packs to candidates
- Process all internal staff moves on the HR software
- To process internal promotions, moves and leavers and other changes to terms and conditions on the HR toolkit/personnel records
- Sickness monitoring and produce reports for Head of Operations and Directors
- Carry out portable DBS checks
- Keep emergency contacts up to date on the toolkit
- Management oversight of HR Admin function
- Any other duties as required that meet HR needs
- Carry out eligibility to work checks
- Send out offer letters on successful interviews
