Recruitment Solutions is working to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager. Established for over 50 years our Client is a family owned Retail Group that has a strong market presence on the high street and on line. As Finance Manager you will report to the CFO and will be supported by a small – professional and highly capable Finance team.
What you will need to have to be the next Finance Manager
- CIMA / ACCA qualification or be close to qualification
- Advanced Excel skills / a knowledge of Xero is an advantage but not essential
- Experience of leading and developing a Finance team
- Proven track record of Operational experience – which for this Client will include – Stock and Fleet Management
- Financial Strategy and Control – including Management Reporting / Budget and Forecasting
- Systems and Process Optimisation
