What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and reducing outstanding customer balances across a varied client portfolio.
- Chasing payments via phone and email while building strong client relationships.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving account queries efficiently.
- Monitoring aged debt reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the wider finance team with cashflow, ad hoc bookkeeping tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent previous experience within a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
- Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Sage 50, Xero or similar finance systems.
- Positive and proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
