Role Overview

Report to the Head of Management Accounting and join a proactive, lively, and hard‑working team. Prepare for year‑end by ensuring all Management Accounting records and submissions are accurate and up‑to‑date. Prepare and submit a detailed Monthly Management Accounts Pack – Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Analysis, aged debt and spend – for review. Attend monthly meetings to review Management Accounts with finance and non‑finance managers. Assist with annual budget setting: attend meetings with department heads to collate data and report an initial budget. Calculate VAT, complete and submit returns. Work across various projects as they arise (e.g., fixed‑asset updates, capital spend).
