With our Client Recruitment Solutions is looking to appoint a Finance Manager. Based on the edge of Trafford Park – close to the motorway and with onsite Car Parking our Client is a long established Group working across the Leisure Sectors.
Your role as Finance Manager will be to initially take time to review Financial Controls and use Performance Data to make Commercial decisions to change key Financial Operations / Working Practices. Part of your role will be to supervise the Management Accounts function – part of this process will be to take them on the journey of change and improvements with you.
PRINCIPLE ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE OF FINANCE MANAGER
- Review and Analysis of key elements of Management Accounts – including Gross Margin Reporting and Analysis and Management Accounts Journals
- Extensive Review and Analysis of multiple Bank Sheet Reconciliations
- Robust Controls and Review – Monthly
- Preparation for Month End including Regulatory Controls
- Support Finance and Non Finance Managers across Budgets and Forecasting
- Continuous Improvements and improved Controls
It is expected that you will be ACA / ACCA or CIMQ Qualified
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE MANAGER
- Annual basic Salary of c £55,000 – £65,000 – doe and qualifications
- Annual performance related Bonus – usually between 5 – 7 %
