We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a growing and innovative business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and customer-focused individual to join a busy team, acting as the key operational link between customers and internal stakeholders while supporting the smooth execution of orders and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing customer orders from entry through to execution, including changes, cancellations, and rebooking using the ERP system
- Monitoring delivery dates, processing delivery notes, and coordinating with customers and production teams to resolve any delivery issues
- Providing front-line customer support via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of service at all times
- Processing monthly and quarterly price adjustments, maintaining price lists, and managing customer and product master data
- Handling and resolving customer complaints through Salesforce and raising credit notes where required
- Creating and following up on quotations based on sales specifications and agreed minimum pricing
- Supporting the creation of new parts lists and providing operational support to the sales function
- Testing new menu installations and developments within the ERP system
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new team members on internal systems and workflows
- Working closely with local Sales and Customer Service teams, as well as colleagues across the wider European business
- Ensuring compliance with all site-specific environmental and occupational health and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent relevant qualification
- Previous experience within Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, or a similar commercial environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience working with an ERP system
- Working knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a confident and professional approach
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Hands-on and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Strong team player who enjoys working within an international environment
- High levels of self-motivation, discipline, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
