We are working with one of our well-established clients who is looking for a reliable and experienced Data Entry Administrator to join their Finance Team. This is an office-based role, ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of processing high volumes of data accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process approximately 300 invoices per day
- Verify invoice details and identify, investigate, and resolve any data discrepancies where required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is processed in line with company procedures
- Resolve any data discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required
About You
- Previous experience in high-volume data entry and/or processing large volumes of invoices
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
