Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager. Established for over 20 years, our Client is a long established and highly successful Group of Retail / Distribution Companies. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking to appoint within the Digital Team to appoint a Paid Social Media Manager – the role will report to the Head of Performance and is seen as a senior role in the Group.

Skills / Background Needed:

  • Proven track record of success / experience in the management of Paid Social campaigns – either Inhouse or via an Agency
  • Passion for Analysis – using Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager / GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Understanding of Performance Optimization / Creative Best Practices and Audience Targeting
  • Manage Budgets / Bids and Targeting – with Audience Segmentation
  • Develop and execute Paid Social Campaigns
  • Brief and oversee Creative Content – align with Brand Objectives
  • Prepare and Report on Weekly and Monthly KPI’s

What You Can Expect:

  • Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £55,000 – doe
  • Annual Performance Related Bonus / Salary Review
