The Role
- Build relationships with existing business customers over the phone.
- Take customer orders while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and promotions.
- Proactively contact customers to maximise sales and increase order values.
- Recommend new products and help customers get the most from the range available.
- Analyse customer buying patterns to identify sales opportunities and win repeat business.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs in a supportive, team-focused environment.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in telesales, internal sales, sales executive or business development.
- A confident and engaging telephone manner.
