We are looking for a motivated and organised Finance & Payroll Assistant to join a friendly finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with payroll, finance or accounts administration experience who is looking to join a supportive business and develop their career further. You'll play a key role in supporting the payroll process while also gaining exposure to wider finance duties within a busy team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end payroll process, including timesheets, employee records and payroll administration
- Maintaining accurate payroll and financial records
- Assisting with payroll queries and ensuring employee information is kept up to date
- Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Supporting bank reconciliations and general finance administration
- Using Microsoft Excel to analyse payroll and financial data
- Assisting with ad-hoc accounts and payroll tasks as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience within Payroll, Payroll Administration, Finance Administration, Accounts Assistant or a similar finance role
- Payroll experience or exposure is highly desirable
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data analysis (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Available to start immediately or within the next two weeks
