We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our Client in a Global Manufacturing facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Team Leader to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
Salary: £43,000 + Annual bonus of up to £3,000
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Effectively manage the day to day operation of all production areas
- Accurate production planning
- Scheduling
- Lead a small team
- Identify production issues or bottlenecks and resolve
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Manage production budgets
- Oversee quality control
- Risk assessments
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and optimisation
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar production leadership role
- Previous experience of people management
- Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn and develop
- Good working knowledge of MS packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of D365 operating platform
- Change management experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- A professional, confident, and diplomatic approach to communication
The hours of work will be 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday although flexibility to work outside of these hours will be required due to the nature of the business.
