We are looking for a Production & Purchasing Assistant to join our Client, ensuring smooth operation of production and procurement processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing and reviewing contracts and sales orders ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining and updating internal systems
- Ensuring Shop Floor Date Collection system is up to date and accurate
- Purchase order management
- Overseeing and processing all incoming goods
- Assisting in monthly stock counts, maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring timely delivery and updating customers
- Preparing monthly and weekly production-related reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a production, purchasing, or supply chain role is desirable.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
