Recruitment Solutions is pleased to partner with our Client, who established in 2009, has grown to be a multi-award winning Business Service to a diverse Client base across the UK. As our Client continues on its growth journey, they have identified a need to appoint a Project Accountant who will work as part of the SLT to lead and deliver change across the Finance function.
The role of the Project Accountant will report to the Head of Finance with the key focus being the automation and streamlining of Finance processes and to ensure that the business is fully utilising their MS Dynamics NAV system. As the Project Accountant, you will be visible across the business (a soft version of hybrid will be on offer) – you will be hands-on/delivery focused and be able to work closely with Finance, IT, and Operational Teams – with the outcome being to embed sustainable improvements.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Accountant will include:
- Finance Transformation and Process Improvement
- MS NAV optimisation
- Financial Control and Reporting
- Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
Key Skills and Experience for the Project Accountant role will include:
- Qualified / Part Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Practical experience of MS NAV
- Experience of Finance Process Improvements or Systems Projects
- Practical experience across core Finance processes P2P and O2C
- Strong Excel skills (knowledge of Power BI is an advantage but not essential)
