We are partnering with our Client to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel based at our Clients Head Office – Manchester. As Senior Legal Counsel you will support Group Companies with a combined turnover of ~£200m. You will take responsibility and control of all legal matters – relating to Contract Management, People and Property. You will need to be a person who wants to work in a fast‑paced, challenging and rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
Skills and Person needed:
- Qualified Solicitor – with a current practising certificate
- Proven experience across Commercial – Dispute Resolution – with a track record of defending and winning claims
- Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload
- Keeping up to date with new areas of law – advising CEO, Directors and the wider business
- Constant review of legal compliance – including contract drafting and reviewing
- Update of Group company policy and training of managers across the Group
