RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS (NW) are partnering with our Client to appoint a Legal Director. Based at our Clients Head Office – Trafford Park, Manchester, you will work to support Group Companies with a combined Turnover of c £200m.
As Legal Director, you will take responsibility and control of all Legal Matters – relating to Contract Management / People and Property. You will need to be a character that will want to work in a fast-paced – challenging and rewarding role and business – it is a cliché but truly no 2 days will be the same!
Skills and Person needed to be the next Legal Director:
- Qualified Solicitor – with a current practising certificate
- Proven experience across Commercial – Dispute Resolution – have a proven track record of Defending and Winning Claims
- Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload
- Keeping up to date with new areas of Law – working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business
- Constant review of Legal Compliance – including Contract drafting and reviewing
- Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group
What you can expect as the Legal Director:
- Annual Salary ranging from c £70,000 – over £100,000 doe
- Annual Performance related Bonus / Profit Share and Salary Review
