RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS (NW) are partnering with our Client to appoint a Legal Director based at our Clients Head Office β Trafford Park, Manchester. As Legal Director, you will work to support Group Companies with a combined turnover of c Β£200m. You will take responsibility and control of all legal matters relating to contract management, people, and property.
You will need to be a character that wants to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role and business β it is a clichΓ© but truly no 2 days will be the same!
Skills and Person needed to be the next Legal Director:- Qualified Solicitor β with a current practising certificate
- Proven experience across Commercial β Dispute Resolution β have a proven track record of defending and winning claims
- Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload
- Keeping up to date with new areas of law β working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business
- Constant review of legal compliance β including contract drafting and reviewing
- Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group
- Annual Salary ranging from c Β£70,000 β over Β£100,000 doe
- Annual Performance related Bonus / Profit Share and Salary Review
