Our client within Financial Service is looking for a Collections Agent to join their busy Customer Support Team working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Duties & Responsibilities as the Collections Agent:

  • Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence
  • Assist customers facing complex financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines
  • Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment
  • Consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets.

Skills & Experience required for the role are Collections Agent:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working as a Collections Agent or a Similar Role
  • Track record of exceeding KPI Targets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Computer Systems
  • High levels of accuracy/attention to detail
