We are looking for an experienced and confident Credit Controller to join a well-established Company on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working at one of their main offices doing 35-hours a week, Monday – Friday with an early finish on a Friday!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and coordinate the collection of outstanding debts via outbound calls, emails etc.
- Assess credit risk and set or review credit limits
- Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
- Ensure timely payments and minimise aged debt in line with agreed terms
- Design and implement a comprehensive credit control framework tailored to a global professional services environment
- Collaborate with internal teams — including finance, project managers, and leadership — to resolve payment issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in a Credit Control position
- Proven ability to establish and refine credit control processes
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (E.g. VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence to handle challenging conversations
- Persistent, professional, and resilient approach to debt recovery
