Key Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to manage the Supplier Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining data accuracy, and providing exceptional support to our suppliers. This role is critical to enhancing our supplier relationships and ensuring the seamless flow of goods within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portal Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Supplier Portal, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and current records of supplier information, product details, and transactional data within the portal.
  • Supplier Support: Provide first-line support to suppliers, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on portal usage.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they are trained and comfortable using the portal.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on portal usage, supplier performance, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, IT, and customer service, to ensure the portal meets business needs and drives efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to the portal, implementing changes to improve user experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
