Our client is a leading global logistics provider. With services ranging from domestic and international express delivery, e-commerce shipping and fulfilment solutions, road, air and sea freight, to supply chain management, consumer retail services, technical support and more. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive.
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for end-to-end control of all shipments coming into and out of the Road freight depot.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Customer Service Executive will have a number of duties, including:
- Manifest daily export trailers and send related pre-advice
- Update collection and delivery status in a timely manner.
- Responsible for web bookings.
- Monitor, chase and process all POD ensuring timely updating of internal system.
- Chase delivery agents for all outstanding POD.
- Working with Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure smooth and efficient movement of all shipments.
- Customer Service β dealing with queries from customers, subcontractors and drivers and assist in their enquiries via phone and email
Skills & Experience
- Flexible, adaptable and quick to learn.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
