The role of Collections Advisor:
As a Collections Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who are experiencing problems paying their secured finance agreement. You will work closely with customers to understand their individual circumstances and agree on appropriate solutions in line with our company policy. In addition to handling inbound and outbound calls, you will also respond to emails and other forms of correspondence from customers.
