Job Description
With our Client we are looking to appoint an AAT – Part Qualified Finance Assistant OR a Finance Assistant who is considering starting their AAT Studies.
Based in Kearsley our Client is not accessible by Public Transport – they do have on site car parking.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;
- Annual Salary of c £24, – £26, depending on depth of experience and level of Qualification
- Early finish on a Friday
- 20 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Hols – rising to 25 days

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;
Will report to the Finance Manager and will work as part of a small – hands on and likeable team!
You will across;
- Daily use of Word / Excel and Sage Line 50
- Process and Post Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Reconcile Supplier Statements and Purchase Ledger for Month End
- Use Sage to prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Post Payments and Receipts
- Prepare VAT Returns
- Assist with Payroll
Our Client is willing to train and develop the right Candidate – however to be considered for the Finance Assistant role your MUST have a working knowledge of Sage Line 50.
