Recruitment Solutions is pleased to partner with our Rochdale based Client to recruit a Management Accountant. Our Client was established over 22 years ago – during this time they have grown from a SME – Family run business into a significant International Broker trading across 200 Countries. Strategic relationships are vital to the success of our Client's business as is continued Growth and Investment.

We are looking to appoint a Management Accountant who is likely to be Part Qualified AAT.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

  • Annual Salary of c £30,000 – £38,000 – this will be dependent on AAT Qualifications and depth of experience
  • 25 Days Hols – PLUS – Bank Hols
  • Hybrid working will be offered after probation
  • AAT Study Support if needed
  • Health Care Cover
  • On Site Car Parking / Kitchen and Restaurant facilities

THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT and SKILLS NEEDED

The role will report to the Finance Controller and will work as part of a proactive / commercial Finance team. The main element of the role will be to provide Financial and Management Reporting data to the FC and Board – this Financial information will be used to assist in making Commercial decisions.

We are looking for either an AAT – Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience a character who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 / 3 years previous Management Accounts preparation experience. Other elements of the role and skills needed include:

  • Strong Excel Reporting skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated and able to plan own schedules / deadlines
  • Experience across – Balance Sheets / Cash Flow Reports / Budgets and Forecasts / Pre Payments and Accruals
  • Ability to be flexible across a range of Projects
