Our Client is an ambitious Manufacturing Group that has growth plans in place for operations in the UK and US. Reporting to the MD and supported by a small but proactive Finance team, the role of the Finance Controller will form part of the Senior Leadership team. The role of Finance Controller will suit a proactive and hands-on character with a proven track record of success in an SME type business. Your contribution as part of the Senior Leadership team will be to contribute to the continued growth of the Business.
Qualifications / Skills and Experience Needed as the Finance Controller:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA – Qualified – our Client may consider QBE options if you have Manufacturing experience
- A track record of success in an SME type business TO c £10m – £15m
- A strong understanding of Financial Management – Costing and Commercial Analysis
- Ability to work across an ERP System
- A hands-on and flexible approach – this may include occasional overseas travel
