Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd are working with our Rochdale based Client to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant. These are exciting times for our Client - they are rapidly expanding due to extending their business across the UK.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT:
- Annual Salary of c £26,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
- Flex start and finish times - we can also consider reduced hours
- 25 days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
- Pension - Client contribution can be increased from 4% to 6%

THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT:
Will report to the Finance Manager - working as part of a small team of Finance and Payroll. The person and personality of the Ledger Clerk is the most important aspect of this recruitment - so we are looking for:
- Positive / Can do Mindset!
- A team player
- Someone who is adaptable as the business continues to expand!
THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT:
- Will work end to end Purchase Ledger across;
- High volume processing of Invoices
- Match Invoices to Purchase Orders
- Supplier query management and resolution
- Process of subcontractor Timesheets and Invoices
- Reconcile Supplier Statements / regular Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Assist with Month End and Audit processes
- Ad hoc duties
