Key Responsibilities for an Admin Assistant:

  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations
  • Processing and logging incoming documents, invoices, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
  • Supporting the coordination of schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Carrying out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and record keeping
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to resolve queries promptly

What we need from you as an Admin Assistant:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
