Key Responsibilities for an Admin Assistant:
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations
- Processing and logging incoming documents, invoices, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
- Supporting the coordination of schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Carrying out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and record keeping
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to resolve queries promptly
What we need from you as an Admin Assistant:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
