An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and supportive team within a well-established organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to further develop their sales career as part of a collaborative group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on customer orders over the phone, using your foodie expertise to guide choices and become a trusted product advisor
- Spot opportunities to upsell by reminding customers of items they may have missed and suggesting new ways to add value
- Support our digital customers as they grow their businesses, providing guidance and building their confidence
- Turn insights into action by analysing buying patterns and sparking meaningful, impactful conversations
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolving issues smoothly while maintaining strong customer relationships
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Confident in building and maintaining client relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
