An established and growing business based in Manchester is looking to appoint a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
- Analyse financial performance and provide commentary to stakeholders
- Assist with cashflow reporting and forecasting
- Support year-end audit processes
- Work closely with operational teams to improve financial performance
- Help drive process improvements across the finance function
- Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA
- Previous experience in a management accounts or assistant accountant role
- Strong Excel skills and good systems experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
